To return any Product to Tides Marine, you may use the  RMA Request Form or call Tides Marine and obtain an RMA Number. Please have the original Invoice and Part Number when calling Tides Marine. The part must be in original condition and MUST be a Standard Part and have been purchased within the last 90 days. NO CUSTOM Made Parts will be accepted for Credit.

There will be a 15% Re-Stocking Fee on all returned parts.

You must write the RMA Number on the exterior of the box you return the product in. This will speed the Return along once received in our warehouse. Without the RMA Number, your Credit could be delayed while we Track Down the RMA Number that was given to you.
