To return any product purchased from Tides Marine, you may call Tides Marine for an RMA Number at (800) 420-0949 National Toll Free ,(954) 420-0949 Local and International or you may use the Return Request Form. Please have the original Invoice and Part Number when calling Tides Marine. The part must be in original condition and MUST be a Standard Part that has been purchased from Tides Marine, Inc. within the last 90 days. No CUSTOM Made Parts will be accepted for Credit.
There will be a 15% Re-Stocking Fee on all returned parts.
You must write the RMA Number on the exterior of the box you return the product in. This will speed the Return along once received in our warehouse. Without the RMA Number, your Credit could be delayed while we Track Down the RMA Number that was given to you.
Returns without a Valid RMA Number will not be accepted!
