Tides Marine Custom Parts Policy

When ordering a part from Tides Marine, if it is a Non-Standard Part, then you as the Customer are responsible for the part that you ordered unless you cancel the order within 12 hours of the time of placing your order.

Once the initial 12 hours has passed, you will be charged for the part unless production of that part has not been started. You will have to call Tides Marine and speak with your Sales Person to find out if the part has been sent to the Production Floor.

SAILTRACK is exempt from this Policy. You will be charged a 15% RE-STOCKING Fee on any SailTrack that is returned.
