TIDES MARINE SHAFT SEALS WIN LLOYD"S REGISTER TYPE APPROVAL Tides Marine, Deerfield Beach, Florida has achieved Lloyd"s Register Type Approval for Sure Seal Drive Shaft Seals and Rudder Bearings. This certification, added to existing ISO 9001:2000 and ABS certificates, broadens the scope of marine industry applications for the Tides Marine products. The certification applies to all FSK Sure Seals from 3/4" shaft diameter through 8" shaft diameter. Rudder bearings are certified for models URD-STD/LP/TS from 1" to 8" and for RPB A to H, also in the same size range. The Model RBP-I is certified from 3/4" to 3 1/2".
