- With each model change, a Tides Marine technical specialist will be made available to discuss installation techniques and guidelines with your production personnel on your production floor. No charge.
- A Tides Marine technical specialist will be available to conduct regular "on site" training sessions at the request of your production supervisors. No charge.
- Tides Marine representatives will visit any dealer in your organization to train personnel in the repair and maintenance of Tides Marine parts/systems. No charge.
- The Tides Marine engineering and product development staff are available to your engineers to discuss production modifications, performance criteria and any "special circumstances" that may arise.
Special Note to Dealers, Yards, and other Repair Facilities:
- If you discover a Tides Marine product that is not functioning properly, contact Tides immediately. For approved warranty service, replacement parts will be available in the continental US within 48 hours. No charge.
- Tides Marine will walk you through the repair/replacement via phone, fax and/or email. If necessary, a Tides technical specialist will assist in the repair/replacement. No charge.
- If your service personnel make a mistake during the installation/repair, simply call Tides. New parts will be made available. No charge.
- Tides Marine representatives will visit your facility to train personnel in the repair and maintenance of Tides Marine parts/systems. No charge.
Special Note to Boat Owners:
- Each Tides Marine product comes with a 2 year-2500 engine hour (whichever comes first) warranty.
- Tides Marine has worked with over 1,000 yards throughout the continental US over the last ten years. If you find repairs are necessary, chances are excellent that help is nearby.
- Our customer service department is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
